As living in a tropical country (Dominican Republic) Some time ago I found the 3-IN-ONE White Lithium grease. It work just perfect!!, a very nice look after cleaning and there is not way for humid, wet, salty or vapor through. Hope you can find it and use it, you will be pleased as I am of having such a very nice looking lubricated, rust protected, XD Gun for many years to come. ______________________________________ A single XD9 with 900+ emotions |

I remember when I got my XD 2 years ago. Every other post on this board was about rust or cracked locking blocks.
The XD has come a long way.
