No, seriously; if you're talkin' about my kids, I find that my firearms:
1. Cost less to feed
2. Screw up a lot less often
3. Make less noise
4. Work when I tell 'em to
5. Are more fun to clean

There were times when they were growin' up when I really did want to encase my kids' feet in concrete.... But now I'm glad I didn't, 'cause they just come home at Christmas and give me guns.

Don't we have any forum members that work for SA????

If not, why don't the mods invite some personally??????

We are basically only talking about their guns, so they should want to be here to help us.

It's a catch22. They might start surfing here (if not already) to find out who does what to their pistols and then tries to claim a warranty repair. Car manufacturers already do it with car forums (Mitsubishi comes to mind because it's commonly beat on by people that want to race and modify their new cars).

If a Philadelphia dealership service manager reads a post about someone in the Philadelphia area, for example, that just blew up his transmission because he was running Nitrous... they'll be on alert for any customer that tries to come in and claim a warranty repair because the tranny broke.

I am more interested in why they won't sell parts. I know I did some stuff to my gun and they will know when they take it apart.

Is the slide just Melonite or did they coat other critical parts. I Really like the XD but the more post I look at the more nervous I'm getting about purchasing one.
