my first rust!!!!!
Ok, I have armadillo on my XD and it was just recently applied and I put it on heavy too and made sure I had the slide nice and hot so it would cover it completely. I took my XD to georgia with me over the last week. Had it in the case in my vehicle for 1 day and I started getting rust! So much for armadillo being such a good protectant against rust! I had little patches of orange spots all over the slide. Sure, they wiped off with some oil but that just annoys me. Going to have to start watching it closely now. I still have to send it in to get the locking block fixed, maybe they will refinish it for me too.
