a week old and rusty?
so i am closely examining my new .45C's slide (stainless) and i notice there is oxidation/rust on it!
 kicker: I JUST BOUGHT IT LAST WEEK!!!! help? edited for pics. (kudos to my little canon point and shoot!)

yeah i'm gonna buff it tonight. maybe call SA and see if they can refinish my slide for me, i'd hate to be without it for a couple weeks but i don't want it to catch up to me in the future.
BTW, where can i get my GF those XD shorts in your avatar???

Good pics. I would be on the horn with SA pronto. I am assuming there we no signs of rust when you purchased it? Also, I wonder if it was on the shelf a while and wasn't a recent production gun. But still...
