This is a great article written by a Canadian professor on their failed attempt at enforcing a gun registry. After $1 Billion dollars they scrapped it because there was no evidence that it reduced gun violence. Only law abiding citizens will register firearms.

Who is going to pay for this? We can't even pay our debts without borrowing more money!
