Obama has said he will move gun control along with with executive order if he has to . He can do that if noone is prepared to say he cant .. if noone tries to stop him then he can do whatever the hell he wants

11 children (teens) die every day as a result of distracted driving (texting/phone) that's over 80 since last week. Cell phones make AR15s look like cotton candy.

Rumor has it that ALL semi-automatic weapons are targeted. AND all weapons with removable magazines . And all rifles that have more than 5 round and all pistols with more than 10. The only exceptions will be for .22lr tube fed rifles. Ban will be for manufacture, import, sale (including private sales) of all weapon types (vs the old AWB that listed specific weapons).
Listen to the left.. they are talking "semi-auto" as the new boogie man.
Cuomo is talking about forced sale to the government or outright confiscation. Outrageous? They'll never get away with it? They already have elimiated the 4th amendment protection against unreasonable search & seizure in NYC. That has more popular support than the 2A...
