NO NO NO NO NO!!!
Free arms trade between countries is still a legal transaction. This is PURELY, as it stands, for ILLEGAL ARMS TRAFFICKING between nations. We can sell our ARMS (not just guns, there are other weapons to consider here) to Russia, Russia can sell them to us, but they cannot and we cannot sell arms to nations under UN Sanctions, and that goes for all participating countries.

If you think a gun grab is bad have you heard of Agenda 21? Wait until the UN goes after our right to own personal property!!! O probably can't do a gun grab but he will try to get the UN to do it for him.
