Night Sights
I'm close to getting my first gun and now I'm debating should I get the night sights or not. What is your opinion? Do you feel they are a must have or not?

Never had them, I didn't feel that I needed them.. If they are a big improvement, please let me know..

I think we need more info to accurately vote. What will be the primary purpose of this weapon? CCW, HD, Range plinker?

I have TruGlo TFOs on all my XDs. They make a huge difference IMO.

HD= Home Defense.
I have TFO's on my HS2000 and on one of my 1911's...the one that gets the most use at the ranch!...they are great for aging eyes to make quicker sight acquisition!

The Kimber on my nightstand has tritium night sights, and the EMP on my hip has them too. Remember bad guys come out at night!
