I can't decide which to get first..
-another AR build
- M1 Garand (WWII surplus -son wants it)
- AK 47/74

Which order would you go, I will add at least 2 of these in the next 6 months but I can't decide which I should get first...

I have been thinking of picking up an AK47 myself.

I'm leaning toward an old Springfield M1 first, but its the most $$ up....

I would get the ak-47 first, because every gun store in my area has stock piled ar's & ar parts and all the ak's are going fast!You can always get an ar lower an just put it back for latter.

AK-74, before they're all gone(this includes wz88 'Tantal'), then an AK-47, then the Garand, and then something besides an AR...Ars ar boring unless you play dress up with them...

So I assume you already have one AR15.

In that case get the AK47.

If you don't already have an AR15, get the AK47 first.
