Not carrying... but my PT1911 is within arms reach, and my Mossy 590 is about 3-4 steps away.

I took it off 'cause I was working on the car in the driveway, but it's close. On any other day I usually wear it until I change for bed.

Not allowed to carry at work due to state law...however, it is in my vehicle (parked on a public street) outside my office.

Otherwise, I do not leave the house without carrying something!

Yes, while at work I have a Glock 27 on my side, a S&W Model 5946 in my desk and a Remington 870 less than 6 feet away from me.
