22's don't go through, they often just dent the metal like that.
so it could be real, I've seen plenty of stop signs with that many hits
however that pic just doesn't look right to me.

i agree its all HDR ive never seen a stop sign in the middle of a section of road
but im not sure on the bullet holes those other picture have a black mark in the center so could be real

I say real. due to the fact I have 3 old stop signs I use for .22 targets on my range. The picture was taken with a high-end camera and then photoshopped to get the look they wanted for the pic. But as for the bullet holes themselves, I say real. You can see daylight through a few of the holes if you look closely. Even rounds up to a .38 won't go through a sign.

Fake, I had an old stop sign that I took the range and 22 makes it threw...so I dont know what would make marks that big and not make it threw.

Even if the holes are real, the stop sign itself is fake.
