would you oppose Open-Carry laws?

Would you ...

...whether you open carry or not...

...politically oppose measures to enact/maintain it?

I understand the 'tactical' view against it, maybe the 'societal fear' of it, not wanting to get the dirty looks, for doing it personally, but would you support laws preventing it, or repealing current OC laws?

I am the "unsure" vote. I would like to see some other changes (like tightening up keeping crazy folk from getting guns) before OC. Its just a matter of priorities, though...philosophically I am not opposed to OC.

As an LEO, I actually do OC on my way to and from work...I often stop at the store or gas station and you would be amazed how many people don't even notice the gun on my hip.

Question

I have never considered which carry option would be better, but in my opinion some situations would favor OPEN some Concealed.

I am in favor of open carry. However, I generally think that concealed is better from a tactical perspective.

This weekend I am going open carry in support of national open carry weekend.
