So yea, I had to do a gas poll

I used to go about every 2-3 weeks.
Have not been in 3 months

I do not reload...maybe soon.

I'm just planning trips much more carefully and consolidating them. If I go to the range (2-3 x month usually) I'll also figure out the best circular route to do a number of other stops I need to do along the way. We also use our Accord 4 cyl much more than my Trailblazer for all excursions.

A fifty yard walk out back and I am at my range.

Before I would go to the range even for something little as testing the functionality of a used rifle. Not no more, if I don't have a day planned of at least 4 hours or more, then I will not go.

I go more because I'm not going drag racing as much so I save more gas

I go less to the WMA outdoor range (about 75 mi. door-to-range), but I go more to my local indoor range (about 3-4 mi.), so it's a wash.

its not just the gas, it the price of ammo and gas. my ammo and range budget have been eaten into by my $90-$100/week gas bill for 2 cars. At the beginning of the year, that bill was about $60.

About the same, maybe a bit less. The range is right on the way home from work, so it is not out of the way, but with riding my motorcycle more I dont have room for all my range gear.
