Chuck Norris taught me his method: Glance at it hard, think "OPEN".

It's done!

I use the push/pull method. When I reload, I bring the gun back to about 8" in front of my chest, then when I rack the slide, I pull with my support hand, push with my gun hand and let the momentum from my gun hand carry the gun back into shooting position.

1. finger outta the trigger guard
2. place weak hand on top of slide, behind ejection port with thumb facing rear of gun.
3. hold strong hand steady and briskly push slide back until locked or in position to manually lock with weak hand thumb.

I'm right handed

I have the 5" tactical version. I bring the front serrations up into the web of my weak hand, squeeze and pull back. I find it more comfortable to have my hand a few inches farther out when I start to pull back. I also have a lighter 16lb spring in the gun.
