Is she decent looking enough to make me want to tip her??

When you go out to eat and you have a waiter, and not a waitress, you simply don't tip?

They just opened two in metro Detroit. One in Southgate area. One I, think Farmington Hills area. You can try their web site for exect locations.

I do....they work just like any other restaurant server, off tips.

TBH, their drinks look good, the food doesn't.

i tip if they dont walk away too quick .
i have had to shout for them to come back for a tip.

If they deliver the food to me I do. Now if I go through the drive-thru then I don't.

if in doubt.... TIP i am a manager at my parents place and have been in the food service industry my entire life and i know what its like getting stiffed. but i bet they get stiffed alot due to the fact that most people dont know they are supposed to tip there. If you are a repeat customer and are a good tipper they will bend over backwards to make you happy. espessially when it comes to barbers i allways tip great, a bad lunch lasts 30 min but a bad hair cut lasts a LONG time. when i go somewhere cheap where a 20%tip would not be much at all (i.e. bill $10 or under) i will tip more then the 20% just to make it worth their time and a good tip can change someones day.
another thing that is free that also goes a REALLY long way is to ask to speak with the manager and tell the manager that the server is doing a really good job and because of him/her you WILL be coming back. its funny a lot of the time i do this i get either a free drink or dessert from the manager, and it will really mean alot to the server. oh dont forget to tell the server that you want to talk to the manager to tell them they are doing a good job. no reason to make them sweat about it
