how short should i chop my 10/22 charger barrel?

well i have a ruger charger and i am curently waiting for my tax stamp for my TAC-65 .22lr and i was going to originally just going to use it on my p22 but the hammer spring broke about 2 months ago and i am still waiting on my replacement. Well i bought the charger and i have fallen in love with it. the only thing is that i have to get the barrel threaded, well when i get that done i want the barrel cut shorter because if i dont the barrel will be about 15.97 inches and needless to say that is way too long for a pistol. so i have photo shoped the pistol with my fake 22lr can and i did it at 8 different lengths.

well i would to hear your input on which one would be the best. Well i would like it to look good as well as function well. the factory length is 10\" and that is the one in option 1 and the 9th one is the shortest with about a 2-2.5\" barrel but this option as well as #8 might require modification to the stock so obviously i probably wont choose that option. but included it anyways
so just vote for which one you like the best and also post the reason why you chose that length if you dont mind
thanks
option 1

option 2

option 3

option 4

option 5

option 6

option 7

option 8

option 9

and thanks again for your time

Option 5 will allow you to still have the barrel stick-out past the stock when not using the can via a short thread protector.
That's my justification.

No, they’re just going to tax “businesses”! So unless you buy something from a “business”, like groceries or clothes or gasoline … or unless you get a paycheck from a big or a small “business”, don’t worry … it’s not going to affect you.

I chose #3
I like the look of the muzzle attachment just past the fore-end and too short of a barrel is going to lower your velocity. Looks like fun!

How did you get these pictures? Are the photoshoped?

I voted for 4 because I like the beginning of the silencer to be past the frame.

yea i took a pic of my gun with the fake suppressor and used photoshop to edit the lengths on the barrel. it was really easy i would say including loading the pics online it took about 15 min.

now i just need to find someone to do the chop and threading for me
but i think im at about 70% chance of me going with option 5 but im not compleatly sure yet
