Bearcreek,

I voted other!

If by "AR-10" you were referring to the Armalite, then I vote other and endorse my DPMS 308B with JP Adjustable trigger, oversized selector, miculec comp, ace stock, and 4-12x50 scope and BUIS.

I also really like my buddy's M1A Socom, though when the scope mounted on the SA M1A mount came loose that was silly. I talked him into using the forward scope rail.

I really like the feel of the Remington 750 Woodsmaster semi-auto though I'll likely get it in 30-06 though .35 Whelan would be a lot of fun.

I would really like to get the Savage 10-FP folding Choate
Savage Arms Law Enforcement Series Model 10FP-LE2A

and the Savage 10FP HS Precision
Savage Arms Law Enforcement Series Model 10FP-LE2A

and a Savage 99C lever action .308 would be great if they still made them.

And no, I am not actually a Savage fan, I don't have a single one but I am impressed with their LE line.

If you decide to give the M1A's a chance, be sure to check out Fulton Armory in addition to Springfield Armory.

I have a Savage 10FP HS Precision and I have to say it is VERY VERY accurate. most of the time the bullet holes are all touching. In fact I sold my rem 700 to get it.

But if i had to do a semi auto .308 it would be a panther dpms.
