Glock vs. XD - Page 2 - XDTalk Forums

I voted Glock because my 27 is in the room and we all know how Glocks get when they are angry.

I don't need a Kaboom this close to bedtime.

I have settled on polymer framed handguns for ccw not that long ago. Leaving my revolvers in the safe still feels weird. Current count is 3 XD's and my Glock 27. The XD-45 compact is the better 45. I really like my XD-9 and XD-9 SC.
I have bonded with the 27 though.

Oh yeah one more thought... Melonite and Tenifer are the same finish aren't they?

Except that melonite sounds manly like the name of Thor's hammer or something, and tenifer sounds like something you could buy at a jewelry boutiqe!

Glocks are good reliable guns but I have a couple of problems with them.
1. They are uncomfortable to shoot.
2. They are fugly!

I like everything about my XD!

I ultimately chose the XD because it just felt right-I also like the grip safety.

There are those who can shoot a Glock well. I am not one of them. I shoot the XD well and like it a lot!

I trust my life with my XD, I never had real confidence in my Glock.
