I'm sorry I had to...

Ive been using the ZEMs and I like them. work great, and you dont have to worry about the lobe thing, as they go right in your ear like super earplugs. pistol gear sells them for about 20 bucks.

Depends on the weather. Colder weather I wear muffs, warmer weather I wear plugs.

I try to use both as much as possible, the range I go to has a covered shooting line so it's a little harder on your hearing when others are shooting next to you. I can feel a big difference of going with just plugs or just earmuffs, we generally shoot at minimum at least 300-400 rounds per trip and I've had times when I get home and my ears start hurting slightly.

i have really sensitive ears. even driving on the free way with the windows down i have to use ear plugs. well the cheap orange foam plugs from walmart work by far the best out of anything. they actually go in deep into the ear (not too deep) but i wont go shooting without some sort of plug or muff
