Which one? HK45 or HK USP 45 Tac?
HK45 = Less rounds, higher priced mags HK USP 45 Tac = More capacity, lower priced mags |

Are you planning on using a suppressor?
The HK45 definitely feels more ergonomic and comfortable in the hand to me. |

I'm also debating buying one of these two guns and I'm stumped. I agree with your comment, as the HK45 definitely felt better in the hand than the USP to me. I'm wondering if the USP with some kind of rubber grip will feel just as good. I'm not saying the USP grip is "bad", but the HK45's grip fits more like a glove than the USP. I don't think you can go wrong with either weapon. Where I'm at, the USP .45 is about $150 cheaper than the HK45, so that's something to consider. It is easier to mount a weapon light on the HK45, but it holds a few rounds less than the USP. I'm kind of swinging towards the USP, just because it's been tried and tested all these years and is known to be an ultra reliable weapon, and is cheaper in price. Go out and see if you can shoot both, that should make up your mind.
