A bike that color sounds awesome!
I had my slide Duracoated a Stainless Steel mat finish and the frame is still black. Looks pretty much like the factory bi-tone. I do have some chips and scuffed places. The DuraCoat is not as "hard-core" as they claim.

I voted for frame only. I think the Black on OD will look great. If you decide you want to do the whole thing you can always do the slide after you do the frame.
