It depends on which pistol I am going to be carrying, and what I am going to be doing. Typically I carry at 0900 (cross draw) when riding the scooter or just 'hanging out'. If I'm 'out on the town' I carry at 0400, right above my wallet...

Do you like crossdraw? I have heard that their is a safety issue with having to "draw" your weapon across a crowd instead of vertically at your target. Also, how does your target acquisition time compare to straight draw?

Its really about the same. And when you cross draw, theres not the drastic sweep that you'd think it is. I've timed myself drawing both ways, and believe it or not, I'm faster on target with the cross draw by almost 3/4s of a second. It feels more 'natural' to me...
