Did I skew the results? I voted for all of them. All that I've shot have had zero problems, the only exception is improperly fitted and tuned 1911s. But I'm assuming you mean properly made 1911s.

Anymore details behind this "kaboom", there usually is. ie over/double charged rounds. Glocks should only be used with factory ammo and not reloads.

Indeed...and it usually happens with Blocks chambered in .40--a high-pressure round to begin with. I don't think I've ever heard of a Gaston .45 going kB!, but it's possible I guess.
