Here is gross and strange for you. After my 4th back surgery, I had to change hands because I couldn't twist my upper torso to reach due to the last fusion.

At first, I was real depressed and frustrated (I had only had the surgery a few days before and was already depressed). I finally mastered my weak hand.

May seem weird, but most people don't even think about something like that until you can't do the everyday things you take for granted. Cutting my nails is difficult and painful also. Hey, I can still walk and breath tho.
