It's not that I'm not religious...it's that I just don't care to be religious, or more so that I don't feel the need to practice it in any way shape or form. Do I believe in some form of a God, that created the universe and everything it entails? Sure...but I really feel no need to know who or what it is that did it all.

My parents belong to a Unitarian Universalism group, which is alright, I guess. I guess it's not really a religion per se, more of a feel good group. I don't think they care what you believe in, just preach about being good to each other and all that stuff. I think they were founded by pot heads or something...hahahah

Baptized Catholic, but I'd have to say I'm in the Atheist / Agnostic / Non-Religious category.

im 99%-no god, or any sort of after life and 1% some sort of god or an afterlife ive always been a man of science and just have a hard time believing any sort of religious junk that comes from an organized religion. i think religion is beautiful but i believe organized religion is crap. \"hey lets meet once a week and make sure we all believe the same thing\" i know its more then that but thats just an example. and if god is supposed to be so great and a model of human perfection then i dont think that wanting to be worshiped is a good trait. someone/something that thinks they are so great that people should pray and thank them for every little thing and to PAY his \"followers\" for the right to worship them is just a disgusting thing. and having done lots of reading about space really leads me to belive that people are such a small insignificant part of everything, and to think that solar systems and galaxies that are 12+ billion light years away were created for us makes no sense. Also i have yet to hear about one thing that has been scientificly proven that the church was right about. they allways seem to ammend their stance once a givin subject becomes either proven or is widely accepted as being true. what would the purpose of dinosaurs be? they have no effect on us what so ever. and all these things that are considered sins i belive are just human nature espessially when it comes to sex type of things. and why would god choose a child molester to pass on his word? but like i said all the bad things i point out seem to be a problem with orginazed religion and not religion in general.
