I just posted this on another thread it has worked great for me.

"Qtip" Just cut the one end off a regular "QTip", pre assemble all the parts of Sear group: Ejector (#14), Sear (#10), Sear Spring (#13), Striker Safety Lever (#25). Stack them on the "QTip" in the proper order and position and cut the other end of the "QTip" to the exact width of the assembly. Holding all the pieces together slide the whole group into the frame and align the hole. Push the "QTip" out with the 3/32 punch holding all the parts in the frame with the punch. Align the small hole and push the small Ejector Pin (#12) about 1/8" through the Ejector. Align the larger pin hole and push the Sear Pin (#11) in place. Push the leg of the Sear Spring (#13) under the Ejector Pin (#12) the push the Ejector pin all the way in. Check that the Sear and Grip safety operate correctly. Your done.

I got the PRP safety lever and drilled and tapped my trigger bar and it's phenomenal. I'm not lowering the trigger pull weight on this XD, but if I get another one at some point, I definitely will.

got mine in the mail today and it is already installed and i can't wait to go to the range to check it out. for the most part, a pretty simple install, with the help of the "youtube install" video that was posted here.

whoever posted and shared the video gets some kudos for sure.

thank you much guys.

moved!?!?!

i don't know if moving this thread to the "Polling Place" will help us really be able to get the responses we may want on this topic. the reason is, some people have no desire for polls, so they would never see this thread full of tips from those who have already installed the kit.

i thought that was one of the reasons why the Poll option was available in every forum, was to simply incorporate it in the midst of a great practical topic.

just my opinion on it.

You should have had
Great addition and can tell a HUGE difference

Got the springer bar, sear, springs kit. Amazing results at the range
Much easier to shoot quicker shots, less take up makes for easier trigger control for me.

The polling place is for polls. That is why
is was relocated here.
