Dont need them...

I don't believe the government needs to regulate any of those.. But just my opinion. I think for lack of a better term, Darwinism will handle the difference. Their regulation does not eliminate anything but a low bottom line!

The GCA and NFA acts created a need for the BATFE.

Nobody would miss them if they disappeared, and the FBI and other law enforcement agencies would pick up the slack.
