I had no problem with it, though I can see how this would be confusing to stupid people.

Not confusing at all - I (like most of the folks up here) can actually READ AND FOLLOW DIRECTIONS WRITTEN IN ENGLISH.....

i put a little confusing because i can see if someone wasnt paying attention could mess up. but voting isnt a time to not pay attention.
it isnt the best design but i figured it out no problem |

I've got to finish remodeling my basement because I must be missing something. Who could find this ballot confusing? If someone did find it confusing, they probably won't be able to reply since typing on the keyboard is a much more complicated task.

No problems here either... If my memory serves me correctly, that is the same ballot I've seen here in Chicago since I was 18 years old (40 now). I don't think we had many complaints and unfortunately I grew up "working the polls" as my father was a precinct captain and I "HAD" to help him...
So, if I can assume we have the same quality of people voting in Chicago, what exactly is the problem with this ballot???
