So easy a caveman could do it.

Find your candidate, follow the arrow to the corresponding number in the "binding", and poke hole in number.

I had no problem using it when I voted in Florida but I could see how some older folks might be confused and punch a hole because it lined up with the name in the block even though the arrow was pointing the wrong way.

If I'm not mistaken, that was a factor in why Buchanan got so many votes in Palm Beach County which has a large, elderly, Democrat party population.

That actually prompted me to start thinking critically about this issue.

I am only one person, so in order to obtain a better perspective and sampling I decided to bring it to a poll.

One of the "news" organizations (and we all know their politics) ran a test with an elementary school. I can't remember how old the kids were but they were definitely pre-middle school. They had no problems with the ballot.

The ballot was desinged by the Democratic registrar.

Three issues out of what, 1 million registered voters and they weren't using butterfly ballots. They were using electronic voting machines. What's your point?
