I voted Maxiumus, but for a Great Dane, I would go with something like Lazarus. I just think it sounds cool and tough.

At least you have names that fit a big dog instead of some of the sissy names people give them now days.

Nothing like a big dog named Fifi (yes, I have a friend with a mastiff named that)

my vote isnt on there, I vote name him Duke. I always thought that was a cool name for a big dog. My female pits name is Athena.

I choose the name "Damit".

You know, "Come here, Damit!" or late at night while looking for the dog after he gets out. "Damit.... DAAMIIT...". Or when he craps on your rug, "Bad dog, Damit!".

You get the idea.

my ex came up with this name when i finally get my dog i will namer her this

its going to be a black miniature schnauzer

well the name is beretta

i thought it would be a perfect name for a black female dog

we are miniature schnauzer lovers ourselves.

we have a black & silver female and she has been with us for 6 years and they are so smart. she gets along great with our Doberman too. it is really funny watching her rule the house. she stands at only 14-15 pounds and the Doberman stands at 70 pounds. it is a real hoot just watching them play and have a great time and see that our Doberman is often reminded that our MS rules the house.
