Typical in these discussions. A "NO" vote, but no argument/explanation as to why.

It's crazy how such a politically-charged poll could draw such an affirmative response! Only two "no" responses?

You guys are more decisive with this poll than you are with "Glock vs. XD"!!!

the other issue with not being able to carry on campus is that all people with ccw are over 21, so most of them live off campus, and since they can't carry on campus they are disarmed to and from campus.

I have two night classes this semester, so I am coming home after dark two nights a week, and being a poor college student I live in the ****ty part of town. I guess I am lucky that the crack dealer in my neighborhood is nice, and usually says "hi how ya do'n" when I go by.

I'm all for licensed students being able to carry on campus. Here in Colorado, they can carry at CSU in Fort Collins, but can't at CU in Boulder...go figure. Boulder is full of screaming liberals so I guess that probably answers that...

Very true point. I hadn't really considered that. Well, I did, but never really thought about the need to be armed walking to and from campus.

I have to ask, as you are a LEO, as well as a student, are you Allowed to carry on campus?

Great question! I hadn't thought of that! I bet he can't carry off-duty, which he would be while in class, but they may have made an exception.
