Much as it pained me, I voted for the Sig over the XD. The Sig has one advantage over the XD in competition and that is a superior out-of-the-box trigger. Both guns have exceptional ergonomics and are capable of delivering better accuracy than 99% of shooters can extract from them, but most used Sigs have a wonderful single action trigger.

Are you talking the same money for any on your list?

I had a Sig 226 and it was a great gun for duty, carry, and competition.
However, I voted for the XD as I am so very impressed with XDs.

You're kidding right? You can't seriously believe that a 12+ pound trigger pull on the first shot is better than consistant pull to pull weight? In most gun games, cocking the hammer is a no no and that first shot is vitally important, both in competition and in combat.
