Have you ever consulted a 2A lawyer, for anything strictly gun/shooting/defense-related?

Only because I plan on finding one once I obtain my CCW...Only to have a reference (business card) in my wallet...just in case. I have been told by many people here in CA that this is a good idea.

Druac, what a sad place you live. I just keep mine on speed dial in my phone, and know him on a first name basis. He also is one of the parishoners in my father's church.

I have not. I'll have to ask around for recommendations for good lawyers that specialize in 2A/Self-defense/civil related issues.

I have recently started to think about getting "pre paid" legal counsel just incase. I figure a few bucks a month is well worth it when you think that you might spend 10 thousand plus dollars to defend yourself in a SD shooting.

I talked to a criminal lawyer and quickly found out that I knew more about PA gun laws than he did.
