I wish I could remember where I read that, but they had a very good reason for it.

I found them here http://ammunitiontogo.com/catalog1/p...oint-ammo-119/
I havnt perchased any ammo here but gunbroker gives him A+
An easy way out of this one is to simply find out what ammo is issued to the cops. Then when they try this argument on you you say that you were using ammunition that was deemed good enough by the state for defending it's officers lives, how is that different than defending your family's lives?

Kudos guys!!
This is a great thread w/ all the appropriate picks and questions.
I was wondering this my damn self.
Now..
1. What does HST stand for? And...
2. Do you think the HST is also a good pick in 45ACP? It seems that way but just wanted an experienced answer. Thanks..

hmmmm things aren't looking good for the box of Hornaday TAP FPD I bought the other day. I was hoping they were good since they look so cool (as well as being cheaper then the rest), but only one person has commented on them and that was a negative one.

Hmm. Nowhere in those articles did I see that. I did see a good round. I have a bunch of the 124 HST's.
I still carry the 115 grain Blue Box. Those are some serious openers. Those hollow points get big. Also I can practice with the 9BP's more than I can HST's.

Though the HST's are top notch. Top notch. My back up mag has a combination of Hydra-Shock 124 gr and HST 124 grain.
