Well, I can't vote...............
1. I REALLY don't like needles..............  2. Manual compression???? I don't think I could 'off' myself slowly............  3. Drowning IS a real fear of mine.............  4. My dad is a master electrician and I helped him wire all sorts of buildings when I was a kid and before I had a job to call very own. I have been shocked, and didn't really find it appealling, because it left a bad taste in my mouth........  5. Hanging just seems to be "not my style".............  6 & 7. The first two on your list frighten me too much to really give a response to........ I guess that only leaves "death by gunshot", but since they will ban every single thing that even closely resembles a "gun", I'm out that way too.  If either one of those two chimps get into office, I will be looking to make comfy & cozy in the mountains somewhere and just lay low for a while.
