Gloves!

Do you use gloves while shooting? If so, are they tactical or just good ol' gloves?

No, but I'd be open to trying it.

Wind chill in the 30's yesterday and I was freezing my but off at the range. Wore a pair of "sport utility gloves". Generally, no, I don't wear gloves to shoot.

No gloves for me....Ill tell you why (its embarasing)

One winter durring deer gun season I was attacked by a doe (a rather large one) I was wearing mittens that fold down to expose your fingers. I was setting up in a stop, and still had them in mitten mode, and a doe came out of no where and charged me. I had an oportunity to shoot, but when I went to pull the trigger...Lets just say its hard to get you booger hook inside the trigger guards with mittens on. As a result I nowonly wear very thin gloves that do not hinger movement if I am to shoot. If it is warm enough I wont wear gloves.

No. I want as much control as I possibly can have. The only exception might be during pheasant season. But even then the trigger finger part of the glove is much thinner than the rest.

My dad has been using golf gloves for several months now. He has MS and shakes alot more with his support hand than his right gun hand. He said that golf gloves make it eaiser to keep his grip during rapid fire.

I believe in "practice how you play," and since my gun is most important for personal defense and I don't keep a glove in my nightstand... no gloves when I practice.

Nope - screws up feeling trigger reset. On cold match days, I'll wear my gloves till I'm up.
