Guns & Easter (CCW?)

I thought to myself, as I sat at a Pre-Easter "Lunch" today, I wonder how many other people will carry during these easter celebrations... Am I crazy & alone? (then again, I would carry 24/7 if the gun didn't hurt my back when I slept).

No... not crazy at all... I carry at church all the time (legal in kentucky)... I figure if some nut wants to cause a ruckus, and kill as many people as he can (if he has somthing agianst christianity) then he would probably do it durring a service... It has happened before... A year or two ago in louisiana, it happened... That is one of the times that I try and ALWAYS carry. I think especially during a holiday...

Can't carry in a church in MO without permission for the person in charge (and I just don't see myself asking the minister for permission to carry a gun in church). Doesn't really matter though as the sheriff hasn't called me yet to pickup my permit

+1 Scumbags don't care what day or time they engage in criminal activity. You can bet I'll be carrying but then again I really only carry on days that end with Y.

Being that I'm the one behind the pulpit and I carry all the time......yes, I do and will. I sometimes leave it in my office when I'm teaching, but other than that, yes.

We are in a downtown metro area and have to be careful. We've been broken into a couple of times. They seem to think we keep a lot of money or something after services?! (by the way, we don't) I came from Memphis where I knew a couple of Student ministers, one got shot and another was attacked in their offices. There were also a number of car robberies during services at some random church's. You never know.

Church should be the safest place and I intend to keep it that way.

According to the His Word, we are the House of God. Not a building or place. So, I think it's ok.
