I'm thinking about buying another Kimber and doing some mods to the them, mainly just some cosmetic stuff and while they will be shooters I wanna kinda display them and keep them clean.

I wouldn't buy two of the same if i'm buying another gun it would have to be different.

I have 2 XD service Bitones in 40, One of them is all polished up and the other is mostly stock except for some TFO's

I'm more than liking going to after I get my M4 and my rifle. I really dont have that many more guns to buy as I think I will have a well rounded collection, maybe a smaller arm but that can wait.

Yea I know a couple members have 2 XDs and some are nicely done up. I think thats cool to have "twins"

Yes but only for serious guns like carry guns. One can be a spare in case the main gun needs to be worked on.

Probably not, there's a lot more I want to buy instead of multiples of the same thing.

Many competition shooters have a backup gun in case their primary competition gun goes down in a match. I will have another XD9tac if I could get one before Indy!!
