I'm for spending more money on ammo or getting a rail light.

Night sights are a must on a carry pistol. Most shootings occur in low light. And there are times when you don't need a flashlight to see your target but conventional sights would be slow or impossible to use. Night sights allow you to use the sights in low light. Like I said they are a must have on a serious pistol.

What kind of trijicon sights you talking about??
I have Heinie Pro Slant 8 Night Sights on my XD and i absolutly love them!!!
Day time the white dots are extremely easy to pick up. and Night or low light and they will catch your eye in your perphial vision before you get the gun up to full draw.

But for me i would spend the $65 again to get them..

I'm looking at the Trijicon sights for my carry gun, a XD40SC or the XD40 Service.

What about XS sights?

What about XS sights?

I read years ago that the two dot sighting system, stacking one on top of the other, was faster than three dot...

Have trijicons on my duty pistol but prefer the Meprolite's larger brighter dots plus they seem to last longer.
