Been annual member for 10 years. Don't want to get stuck being a lifetime member just in case the organization goes waaay off base in the future.

Actually, I renew every 3 years. It's a bit cheaper than a yearly membership.

Just got my EPL membership, im going to try and pay if off within 2 years.

Good for you, as an older citizen (53) I think the 3 year deal is more ethical because I don't know how long I'll live and if it's worth the $$$...

Bush One resigned his lifetime membership because he felt that the NRA was getting too militant...

I pay for 5 years at a time. So I guess I'm annual. I just don't like the idea of being locked in in case they decide to go crazy in the future. Not that I forsee anything like that, just paranoid.
