i would consider myself a liberal, at least on most subjects. however, i vote based on an assesment of the politician's stance on various issues. gun control is surely one of them...but if voting for someone that encourages more "gun control" serves the greater good for other reasons, in my opinion, then so be it. i own more than one gun which is not on ANY list. i will always have these guns, and someone in my family will have them when i'm gone, despite what gun laws are enacted. interprept(sp?) that as you will.
