I’ve got a good one for you fellas. About 12 years ago when I was assigned to the Courts Unit of our Agency I was charged with training a new female. Well I’m doing my best to teach this girl on the ins and outs of the court system. One fine day we are walking out of the jail to head over to the court house when I notice she didn’t get her gun.

I tell her “hey how about your gun”. She says “Do I really need it” “Yes” “Well I don’t even have any bullets in it”…….I of course have a Sh*&& attack. WHAT NO BULLETS? She honestly asks me, “Do you carry bullets in your gun”…..
<O
Needless to say the problem was corrected.
<O
She would prolly be one of the 3…..

I've heard stories like this before, some of the guys I work with dont like to keep their Beretta 92's safety in the up/off/fire posistion. Thankfully its MY job to make sure they know the proper way of carrying their sidearm and I correct them without choking the $#it out of them.

I echo the other posts - you gotta keep one in the chamber, ready to go; unless you can find a BG nice enough to let you rack a round in prior to commencing the gunfight....
