Fake.... have you ever try to hit a basketball with a bat. I have and did won't go that far.
And I am 6'1"...250 lbs..... Played many years of baseball and adult Softball. Hit home runs out of the park..... line drive home runs. It's not possible!!!

i have hit them far and im not nearly as big as you, its hard if someone "pitches" it to you but if you do it like they did they can go far, a nice heavy bat works best.

golf balls are also fun but for those i like the -8 aluminum bats

think of a curve ball in base ball same concept, or golfing, pool, paintballs muskets with a lead ball they all can have a curved trajectory

With the video quality it is hard to tell, but the bat and ball interaction is a little off to me. I've hit a basketball with a bat and there is some "recoil", for lack of a better word. This kids swing seems as smooth as if he was hitting a baseball.

Fake, there appears to be a break in the video just before the ball goes through the hoop.

anytime ball goes off frame, it becomes suspect at best

Fake...

My brother in law hit a basketball with an aluminum bat before, he ended up unconscious after the bat came back on and hit him in the head.

I don't think it's an impossible shot though.
