my thoughts are that it is cultural, along the lines of your up bringing.

perhaps the result of events in your life that you may have not been able to change but they happened anyways.

such as a sexual molestation, something along the lines of that, but doesnt have to necessarily be that.

i have a cousin who is gay, he was molested around the age of 6 and his mother was in prison from then till he was 18, i think these were significant events in his life that may have been determining factors.

is it wrong, to me yes, should i judge him.. no. its not my place. he does throw the gay card or act flamboyant around me, probably not at all, which i think is great. b/c i dont flaunt my heterosexuality.

i accept it and move on.

and contrary to popular belief, gays dont try to recruit other gays....

Using the results of this poll you are going to prove your cousin in wrong about why he thinks he's gay?

I want the minute of my life that I spent reading this poll and replying back.
I love these threads on here. It reminds me of who I am talking to on this forum and the amount of bigotry, ignorance and youthfull stupidity that's here.

Along with some pretty smart folks who are simply fun to debate with.

PS, thats the most lame argument I have ever heard. How many perfectly straight conservative christian parents have gay children?
Thousands. To follow your logic only gay parents can have gay kids but gays can't have kids....duh!
