If you had to pick one style holster to CCW.
The only holster I own for my XD, is the Don Hume JIT. Looking to buy a better year round CCW holster, and want the opinions of all you all knowing forum members.
Josh

I'm using a CTAC carrying a service XD40 and love it. It conceals very well.

I am curious how the CTAC is for confort? Mainly, how bulky is it? I always wear an undershirt, so the plastic against the skin wouldn't be an issue.
Also, the regular IWB Kydex holster, like the BladeTech UCH. Is it much thicker or any more unconfortable than the CTAC? Thanks to all those who respond/ed. Josh

No option for both?
I use "The Answer" -- kydex/leather hybrid. Inside part is leather, outside is kydex. I lovez it.

I've looked at the Answer a little. I also have been reeding on the forum about the Crossbreed Holster. I think I am going to pull the trigger on the CTAC on Monday. Instead of trying to pick the perfect holster the first time, I need to start the "collection".
Thanks to all who participated in my Poll. Josh

CTAC's a great rig--can't really go wrong. I'd just recommend the slide version. If you've got more cash than the CTAC requires, I hear good things about Tucker Gunleather's "The Answer."

Have not tried kydex IWB yet, but my HBE Com 3 is so comfy and hides so well, I may not ever.
