Anyone have an opinion/information on the WWB 147gr JHP. Will they expand reliable? I have seen pics of them expanded and they appear to expand nicely. I'm just not sure about the reliability of them expanding through clothing and the such.

No they do not expand as reliably as quality HPs. Clothing tends to clog up the HP and keep them from expanding.

What kind of testing have you done that showed this? Wet newspaper, gelatin, or water jugs?

I got the information from posts by Dr. Gary Roberts, one of the nations top terminal ballistics experts. He uses calibrated 10% ballistics gel using the IWBA, or FBI protocols.
Check out firesarmstactiacl.com and m4carbine.net go to the terminal ballistics area on both.

First choice is the 127gr Ranger T-Series (RA9TA). My testing has shown great performance and very consistent expansion with high weight retention.

I ordered some Georgia Arms Gold Dot 124gr +P last night for about $20.99 or so for a box of 50rnds. About the only place online that I could find rounds for a decent price / quality defense loads (Everyone is out of stock. My order is back logged). I think these will serve me well for any pucker factor type of situation.
I give a big thanks out to everyone who offered there input!!

Thank you for your vote and input.

The 147 grain +p HST is an excellent choice. The 124 HSTalso does well but it is not as good against windshield glass. Otherwise both are very good. Don't care for the Hornady the bullet does not expand well in clothing. Its just a remarketed XTP bullet which is good for hunting but not so good for self defense.
That is a 124 grain 9mm HST on the left

The bottom left is a standard pressure 147 grain HST.

As a non-LEO it's hard to see any legitimate SD situation where I would be shooting through auto glass.
