The Fed's have clearly and unequivocally said that Obama has had nothing to do with Blago's blatant stupidity and corruption.

So what ..... he had a meeting with the guy. If Blago was as clean as an operating room floor this would just be a normal meeting as two politician's of the same party talk over options and strategy regarding a successor. You want to tie Obama to Blago's stupidity. Good luck.

Please provide a link for this claim. At best they've said they've found no evidence at this time to support Obama's involvement.

Let's examine this. Axelrod states several times that Obama and Blago have talked about this issue. Blago gets in trouble and is outed. Axelrod is suddenly "mistaken" in his recollection of events. Sure, nothing suspicious about this whole scenario.

I'm not saying definitively that Obama was involved in anything. I'm just saying that at this point, with the info available, it also can't definitively be ruled out as you and the "Feds" are stating either.

I did indeed make a mistake in my assertion that this is what the Fed's said ... "clearly and unequivocally said that Obama has had nothing to do with Blago's blatant stupidity and corruption." My words were wrong but the idea is correct and what you said in your initial paragraph is correct.

As far as Obama saying one thing and Axelrod another .... who knows ..... I don't believe any meeting with Blago the Stupid would've been anymore than a expected discussion on a successor. Blago the Stupid couldn't be so inept, corrupt, greedy, and arrogant as to try and shake the future President down now do you? Then again ....
