Don't forget, recently you wanted to convert semi's to electricity to make deliveries to places like LA ... But I think you were talking vegetables back then, and it was shown that the electric conversion would not work.

So provide a solution ... Please !

The planet is grossly over-populated. That is the cause of most of the problems we're having.

The point of large, centered operations with a shipping capacity is that there is no logistical sense to eating "locally" anymore.

ANOTHER CAFO A COMIN’ - TO ALLEN COUNTY THAT IS Berry Street Beacon

There's tons more stuff out there about these operations. How would you like to live near one? You would never be able to breathe air that didn't smell like manure.
See, I knew this would come down to farts. Additionally, have you been around Neuvo-Hippie Granolas, they are against bathing and hygene of the most basic type, and are some of the dirtiest smelliest people around. Don't just take my word for it, pull my finger! That would smell better I think.

What is your feasible, reality based plan to make that happen? We should all be driving cars that run on strictly Solar power too. It's just not reality.

There is none, we've been moving towards centered processing and shipping operations to accommodate urban sprawl and widespread consumer bases since the late 1800s. Unless you think everyone should revert to raising cows on their little half-acre, which is a far greater management travesty than a conglomerated operation.

Maybe our system of agriculture practiced since the late 1800s is due for some correction - especially since they cannot live without government price supports and haven't been able to for some time.

I think the opposite is true in this age of global climate change, precarious energy supplies and lack of connection to nature.
