So, I'm reading Ron Paul's Book "Revolution - a manifesto"

and man o man is it challenging a lot of what i believe, esp foreign policy wise. It's painful to read at times!!!

So far, i am enjoying the book..it's a good read

I'm intrigued by Paul's message but then I hear him speak. Dude just goes off like a kook too often. Makes me sad.

Yea, I agree with a lot of his viewpoints but he does come off sounding like a kook a lot of times.

I've been enjoying Ron Paul rake Ben Bernanke, Hank Paulson, et al over the coals about the economy. On a side note, Ben Bernanke is possible the most smug person on the planet...

With Paul you always knew how he felt on an issue.

All the other Dems and Reps running for president liked to tap dance.

'Smug" is putting it mildly. He seems to take pride in being instrumental in creating a mess he has said he'd "never apologize for".

These two characters have been allowed to do more damage than I can wrap my mind around. They have effectively inflicted far more harm than the terrorists of 9.11 did on this country. And with no constraints, no recriminations and obviously no feelings of remorse.

When "Brownie" did his "heck of a job" with Katrina, he had an excuse. A political appointment with no qualifications for the job. But these two, who should know a bit better have played a game of drunken Monopoly with hundreds of billions of American taxpayer's dollars and torn up the rulebook.

And lied. Made promises and broke them. They seem to be using a "playbook" of whatever has been previously proven not to work as a guide to what seems like intentional failure.

Ron Paul is right to "rake them over the coals"...too bad they can't feel it and don't care. And by their standards, why should they. It's not their money, and that attitude seems to be the core of the problem.

Peace,
D.

They call he and his supporters moonbat's for a reason ... The truth must be discredited

His Congressional Floor, and Finance Committee speeches are things I use to introduce people to the man ... An awesome wealth of knowledge

i think his supporters aid in the "kook" feeling. The biggest turn off i had towards him were his supports. Almost all of them were arrogant, pushy people.
