Well the problem is..if 0bama wins..how fast would something like this hit his desk and be signed into law?

With the trifecta of Democrat power in DC...makes ya wonder!

Be wary of any "law" that requires it to go away in 10 years LOL

all it really says is "we know this thing sucks, so we're gonna get it passed to be a nuisance until 2018"

Thumbs down Hr 6257

I have written my Representative about this Stupid Bill. I'll post back when He Answers, He got an "A" rating from the NRA. He has always written back to me. I actually met the Man at the local Gun Show recently. He's VERY "Pro-Gun". I looked the Bill up, there's been no action on it since July. It was introduced on June 12th. I doubt it goes anywhere.

Republican Mark Kirk from Illinois is a sponser and wrote the bill. He gets a D from the NRA. He supports lawsuits against firearm manufacturors. Mayor Daley is/was a big proponent of these lawsuits. He has wasted MILLIONS of tax dollars on frivolous lawsuits.

I hate my state's politicians.
